Terms of Service & EULA

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, GOAT Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased software ("Plugin") for personal and commercial music production. This license permits installation on multiple computers that you personally own and operate.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Plugin or your download link
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Plugin
• Use the Plugin in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Ownership

The Plugin and all associated intellectual property remain the property of GOAT Audio. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the underlying software.

4. Updates

We may release updates to the Plugin at our discretion. We reserve the right to determine the content, timing, and availability of updates.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, please contact us at support@goataudio.co and we will work with you to find a solution.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Plugin is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GOAT Audio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Plugin.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Plugin in your possession.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
