Where do I find my download link?
After purchase, a download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. The link expires after 48 hours.
How do I install the plugin?
Download the installer for your platform (macOS, Windows, or Linux), then run it. The plugin will be installed to the standard VST3/AU directories. Restart your DAW and the plugin will appear. For Pro Tools, you can load the VST3 or AU via a wrapper like Patchwork.
The plugin doesn't show up in my DAW.
Try rescanning your plugins in your DAW's preferences. Make sure you're using a 64-bit DAW. On macOS, you may need to allow the plugin in System Settings > Privacy & Security.
Can I install on multiple computers?
Yes. Your purchase covers personal use on multiple machines that you own. Please do not share your download link with others.
How do I get a new download link?
If your download link has expired, contact us at the email below with your order confirmation and we'll send a new one.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. Please review the product features and system requirements before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact us.
